TRILD My New Technique.

TRILD: “Thought Redirection Induced Lucid Dreaming”

The way this works is by immidiantly changing your thoughts continuesly as you fall asleep, soon your mind will interpret the fact that you are dreaming.

Step 1 - As you go to sleep think of any random thing that you usually would then in about 5 minutes think of becoming aware that you are in a dream then flying off into the sky for about 2 minutes. Then stop thinking about that and think of something else.

Step 2 - As your mind wounders through thoughts force yourself to think of yourself somewhere else and recognizing your in a dream and flying again. Then start let your mind run loose again as you get more tired but before you fall asleep ask yourself “Am I Dreaming?” Then when you finally fall asleep your thoughts will redirect backwards and you
will encounter finding yourself in a dream.

Ill try that one next week, I keep changing every week untill I find something that works for me. I came up with a WILD technique… I start by visualising Im in a boat on the ocen, and Im talking to my dreams, I try to stay focused on them, and my dream(s) are doing the same thing with trying to contact me. I had sucsess last night, I actually heard someone call my name while I was entering the hypnogogic stage. The idea is to keep talking to your dreams, and theyll find you. You can allso visualise your lost in a forest, looking for your dreams.

I allso like to just concentrate on my body feels, because it makes me aware of how relaxed I am, and thats a great feeling.
