hey ld4all, ive recently started reading all abt this site an dream and stuff, but ever since ive started reading abt lucid dreaming ive ended up not dreaming at all in my in sleep, is it because i think of it too much? or sumthing else? please help …thx

You and everyone elts ALWAYS dreams whenever you sleep, you just have to remember them, I can’t help you on that but I’m sure there’s a topic of remembering dreams i think i can remember reading it. try setting an alarm sometime after a REM period so you should remember then, if you don’t just try again? when you can recall your dreams write them down so you don’t forget good luck
Use mantras and autosuggestion. It’s more helpful than you might think. Say something like “I will remember my dreams !” before going to sleep. I know this sound like “The old song again”, because everyone says that, but it’s true. Try and believe in yourself that you will remember your dreams. That’s how things work in mental skills.

Like they said, writing down will help focus your mind a lot. If you’re worried aout not having anything to write, it’s not a problem. If you remember just a feeling, a color, a sound, or even just the fact that you had a dream, write it down. Also, try seting an alarm for about 5-6 hours after you first fall asleep and then go back to bed. This will help increase awareness which is good for not only dream recall but LD’s as well.
