I’ve been trying to remember my dreams lately and have tried a few different methods, but I still have yet to remember any dreams…Does your quality of sleep have anything to do with it? Becuase I have had company over for a couple weeks and have been sleeping unsoundly on the floor… What do I try now?
Hullo. I actually spent about a year sleeping on the floor without any trouble, so that doesn’t affect it too much. At least for me, that is… The best way I know of is to wake up several times during the night, I just tell myself that it’s real important that I do so and my body kinda gets the idea. That way, you’ll get several chances to recall dreams instead of just one… But maybe you’ve tried that already… So, what have you tried?
