Try this for a while while doing the WBTB. There is allso a subliminal screen you can try on the same web sight.
I used to look at some presets for Winamp, which give an illusion of movement, to induce LDs. Sometimes I had crazy HI after that, but no LD… Maybe, this thing works better, as it is more realistic. But in any case I cannot switch the computer on at night…
