hi, im new here and i wanted to know if a fan affects trying to do WILD?
also ive managed to get myself to go into a state where it feels like im falling and once got it to feel like a roller coaster, does that mean im close to becoming lucid?

Some people say they like to hear a fan, they find it makes white noise and it’s easier for them to WILD.
Roller coaster and falling feelings show you’re close to a WILD. Keep trying!

I have the falling/rollercoaster feeling a lot, but have never WILDed. I’ve also had a fan on. Not to discourage, just feedback.
