VGID- Video Game Induced Dreaming.

Background: Ever watched a movie, and dreamed about it that night. Imagine video games.

I got out of video games a looong time ago. However today, my father surprised me with a PS3 out of the blue, no occasion. So I got to thinking how to apply this. First one should discover their favorite LD past time. Mine, flying. If you can induce your favorite scenario, others can stem from that. I do not want to fly every time, but if I can fly… I can stop, exploring other aspects of this “mental universe”

So, flying… what game to get? I use to be a big Dragon Ball Z fan as a child. I you tubed the episodes in which my favorite character “breaks-down” how they fly using an ki energy form. Any dream success, not recently except… I had a dream where I was in a local video shop looking at Dragonball Z DVDs, I can recall the display and random prices. So an obvious step in the right direction.

How does this involve video games. Tomorrow I am purchasing the latest DBZ game for PS3. I plan to WBTB each morning and play this game in order to gear my brain for flight. Flight inducing LDs and thus starting my adventures.

VGID- Video Game Induced Dreaming

Step 1. Identify your #1 favorite thing to do while Lucid

  • Flying
Step 2. Search your subconscious for a reason this may be.
  • Escape, control, defies reality, ultimate freedom.
Step 3. Create the experience using a video game.
  • DragonBall Z Burst Limit (PS3)
Step 4. Mix VGID with WBTB and WILD for compounded results.
  • Played during a Sunrise WBTB. Adhering to our natural circadium rhythm. (Sunrise to Sunset)

Post method improvements, ideas, and personal testimonies…

Sounds good  I got the game prototype a while ago and played it only 30 minutes the first day. The night after that i did WBTB and had powers from prototype (spiderman-similar) in a lucid dream  I’m sure it would be even more effective if you play it during a WBTB.

That was the other game I had in mind. I have been playing DBZ Burst Limit. Intense graphics and flight capability should induce wond3rful adventures. The characters have an extreme aura present which has me recalling my experience with a rainbow like vortexing energy. Results will be posted.

Does this also apply to making games?

But couldn’t it more easily be called Activity Induced Dream?

Wait, I wouldn’t want to say, “I got some AIDs last night.”

:eh:

hehe  but it would be AILD

No, because sometimes you don’t get lucid.

So it’s just an AID.

well, this should be in a flying post, but i really love dogfight games.(as in airplanes)
so i just thought of something, has anyone ever tried flying in a jet before?
if anyone has any clue how to conjure up an F-22 raptor, that would be freakin crazy
