when trying to get an obe or ld should i focus on the tinnitus like voices in my ears or the HL?

The HL (HS or HH?) is usually what you want to focus on. Tinnitus is just a sound you perceive when there’s nothing else for you to pick up. Mind you, tinnitus and HS can blend together.
