I want to tell you about something I just started to try…
Me and my friend were wondering some days ago if it would’nt greatly raise your chances of getting a lucid dream if you’d wake up many times one night and and use a diffrent technique every time. When we were talking about this I had’nt had a lucid dream for about a month but when I first tried to do this I had 2 lucid dreams on a row and I think that if you are not that good at lucid dreaming it is a great technique to work yourself up to get better, like starting with waking up maybe 5-6 times a night and when your getting better lower the times you wake up and so on.
Has anyone tried this or done anything simular?
I think 5-6 times is a little to many

I get just as much sleep as always doing this, when I wake up I am not awake for an hour or something like that I just set my alarm to remind me of thinking of lucid dreaming in case I have already begun dreaming unconsciously, and since I fall asleep almost right away when I close my eyes after some sleep I always fall asleep with the thought of lucid dreaming
How many hours do you sleep?
This would work well if you can program yourself to awaken at any time as I can.
I just set alot of reminders on my cell phone, normally I sleep at least 7 hours a night
