This was probably a low level LD, but yes, it was definitely an LD. Congrats! 
. You realized you were dreaming so it was an LD.
As for not being able to fly, you might have to look at the flight techniques topic here or the difference between “Active” and “Passive” control topic here. Something that may also help is believing you can fly or think that in your pocket you have a pill that will let you fly.
