way to consciously exit body at will

i found this site a few days ago

gnosticteachings.org/topics/dream-yoga

gnosticteachings.org/online-book … en-words-1? q=egipto

there is a recording of how to pronounce this mantra on the page ,

this site seems to be an incredible treasure trove of metaphysical information in the gnostic flavoring,

the gnostics were some of the earliest disciples and followers of Jesus to my understanding, just like the Jewish have Kabballa,

That’s strange. I don’t see how chanting would exercise the chakras. I had always thought that that had to be done by regularly raising/channeling energy.

oh yes all the vowels have an energy power to them

i did this for a few days and somehow got out of the practice,

but one day i was sleeping housesitting and i went “ooooooooohhhhhhh”
like the letter O , out loud, while i was in a zoney hypnotic state and found myself right in a lucid dream.

if you want to try it, try chanting “ahhhh” you will see it is energizing and fiery, each chakra and elemental energy has a specific vowel sound to it , although this site gives slightly different explanations than the other systems i’ve seen coming mainly from hinduism and/or new age thought,

as in it seems to say the letter O is the heart chakra but i usually hear that it is the letter “A”

when i was very new to meditation i was chanting om namah shivaya, shivaya, shivaya, shivaya, namah om,
and i noticed my navel was vibrating with this “sheeeeeeeeevvvvvvvvvvay” and i kept vibrating it really strong there and then i felt incredible joy and this lingering emotional crippling depression i had went away for a few hours and i felt genuinely happen,

( i was hopelessly in love with a yoga teacher and afraid to do anything about it, and felt often anxiety and icky feelings there back then )

it might be similar to 396 hz which heals that areas feelings.

the voice is very powerful. it was probably the 2nd chakra it was just a watery feeling of love and actually belonging where i was , not feeling isolated at all. feeling genuinely happy.

Hmm… That’s cool. It actually makes sense when you think about it. Energy is all sound really is – oscillating mechanical waves traveling through a fluid medium. And since your voice itself is achieved by cords that resonate within the body, that could theoretically transmit those particular vibrations throughout the whole bodily frame, along with any hidden metaphysical benefits they may carry.

Fascinating!

Does it work?

well that is up to you

i perceive this site as having a lot of interesting ideas most of them somehow true but i don’t quite agree with all of them and don’t quite resonate with the gnostic movement, but i am quite certain it is true or they would not present the mantras for all to see, after-all the site is a very quality devotion of art and love it is not for money in any way

i wanted to keep chanting this every day , then i was not home alone for a few days in a row and got out of the routine , i am quite certain in my “hunches” that it most definitely works. it might take up to a month to get it to work but that is only an hour of work a day to attain conscious out of body experience

chanting absolutely brings us into different states of mind, all peoples of all traditions did it in some way, catholic, buddhist, native american, hindu, islam, jew

i have a notion that some alternate nostril breathing, or left nostril breathing before bed could be an easier “secret” to immediate lucidity, but i need to experiment on it myself.
