I’ve been trying to lucid for a while but no success unfortunately
One question about WBTB though;
can i still successfuly WILD after WBTBing after a 20 min or so nap?
I just need some input i know the longer i sleep the more likely and longer i’ll have REM but i figured that the whole point was to make my body fall asleep anyways, and usually after napping i know my body really wants to go back to sleep
If you wake up after 20minutes still in REM you could DEILD into another dream, if you wake up at the end of the REM I ‘assume’ you will have to wait until the next cycle. I say assume because im not really sure how sleep cycles work during naps.
My suggestion would be to meditate for 20 minutes instead of sleeping, then WILD.
Hehe i seem to be unable to nap unless i am exhausted! But i guess if you can sleep during the day, and you are still sleepy after the WBTB you could try a WILD. Hopefully the WILD will have more success since you should be closer to a REM cycle after napping a little.
