WBTB Problems

Hi, I’m new to this.

When i do a WBTB am i supposed to stay awake for an hour.

i don’t think i’d be able to get back to sleep easily.

You would be surprised. Deprive yourself of 3-5 hours of sleep, and you’ll pass out.

Actually, it’s more of an adjustable technique. Studies have shown that WBTB works well with anywhere from less than 10 minutes awake to about 90 minutes. You just have to find the timeframe that works best for you.

It’s actually pretty easy to get back to sleep, for most people. The idea of WBTB is to wake up early enough that you’re still pretty tired, so you just have to find what works for you. If you still struggle with getting back to sleep, I’d try using a relaxation technique, or just shortening your awake time.

hmm well if your doing WILD i guess you dont really need to worry about going to sleep but if your not and you need to sleep do what jumpfreak said
