i tried the method VILD, and i was tierd when i got into my bed, so i had my dream situation and i kept repeating it like i was there. and i was getting weird feelings in my eyes they felt like the rolled further back into my head and my body it seemed like i didn’t have any control of it anymore. I found this bit shocking so i moved and like opend my eyes and lost consentration. any1 know what that is?
i had a feeling it might have been my body shutting down to goto sleep if it was then i will keep calm next time that happens.
This was probably sleep paralysis. Your body shuts down communication to the rest of you body when you fall asleep to prevent you from acting out dream situations and injuring yourself. It happens every night whether you are aware of it or not.
Did you see the inside of your head? If you did I would quickly move in on an acronym. (ERIH - Eyes Rolling Into Head) or (ICSB - I Can See Backwards), with the acronym your half way to having your own technique.
The sensation of rolling our eyes backwards is similar to falling backwards, something people often experience while falling asleep. It’s also fun to do in bed (or tree fort) while going to sleep. Try it.
P8e you mean like when your wtaching tv and feel yourself fall asleep then you jump up. I have had this sometime when i close my eyes and it looks like i fallen off a curb and i jolt up, or a train comes at me and i jolt up.
I’ve had a weird tingly feeling, that I assumes is me going into sleep paralysis. This lasts for a few minutes, and is a bit uncomfortable, but not too bad. However, when the tingling goes away, nothing else happens and I seem normal again. Does anyone know what this might be?
Try it, lying in bed trying to look as far back into your head (don’t strain your neck while trying this) as you can. You start to get the feeling you’re falling backwards. It’s really a strange feeling of endlessly falling backwards.
Could be a good way to fall a sleep while in an increased sense of awareness.
