Tonight I had my 2nd LD, but earlier in the night when I was trying to WILD for the first time ever I heard some very weird sounds like single techno sound effects and loud speakers going off in my head very loudly, also at one point I was conscious of my body and knew that my eyes were closed but I saw clear as day a well lit basketball court. I thought HI was that green and blue flashes in your head, so what was this? this was my first try WILD and it wasn’t hard at all I don’t know why you sayits so hard
Well, you got HH. It almost worked. Next step is, for you, reaching to the dream.
That is how my WILDs usually work too. Congratulations on the good first time result! There is a certain point where you go from “watching” the scene to “being in” the scene, and that is where the lucid dream starts in my eyes. HI is usually just random scenes, thoughts, sounds etc. in the head while falling asleep. Good luck!
Wow that is a very interesting experience. As Twilight Dreamer said, your next step is to reach into a dream, but if I were you (if you believe in OBEs) I would try to have and OBE, believe me they are crazy and fun to!

I also can get into lucid dreams easily. I mean, most people are like, ITS SO HARD!!! but its really not. for me at least.
So Flamemanethedemonic, what do you do when you get into your lucid dreams?
The Luciddator
The most vivid memory I have of HH was before I knew anything about LD’s. I was trying to sleep, and I could hear a faint sound of a song playing so I concentrated on it and it turned into a REALLY loud version of “How I Could Just Kill A Man” by Rage Against The Machine. Also, my body felt like it was vibrating every time the chorus kicked in. I don’t think it turned into a LD though.
So you almost had a WILD. What you need to do now is to reach into the lucid dream by grabbing on (for some people letting an object grab you into the dream) to something in the dream, like a rock or something like that. I sounds difficult and for some people it is, but it takes practice.
