What does it feel like between the consious state and dream

This is during the wild technique. The only technique that has been working
for me is the dild techniques- i use dreaM signs. But lately ive been wanting to use the wild technique. Ive started trying it but the closest ive got to so far is my whole body going numb. Then i stop. What happens next? Once i was watching family guy and drifted off then it woke me up and it felt like my body was sinking and i was being pulled from it. I shook myself out of it. Could thAt have rurned into an obe. And my final question is- what does it feel like when u r using the wild technique and you pass from the consious state into a dream state. Please help!!![/right]

I believe that the sinking feeling is part of it, and that you get random images and blobs that slowly form into a lucid dream.*

It isn’t very clear. You can’t say “now I’m awake and now I’m dreaming”, there’s no distinct line telling them apart. There are going to be though pictures flashing in front of your eyes and generally you will feel a lot more relaxed, you almost won’t feel your body. For me then followed a feeling of falling down and the next thing I knew, a clear picture had formed in front of me. Then I blinked my eyes a few times and I was in the picture, in the dream.

Hope this helped!

There is no distinct conscious or dream state when you are WILDing; it is a continuum. Generally you start to pass into SP and at a similar time whatever HI you see tends to become more vivid and continuous; eventually evolving into a full blown dream scene, which you can then allow yourself to be drawn into.

There are other ways to WILD though, such as waiting for complete SP where you can no longer feel or move your body and then getting out of your dream body into the dream world.

If by whole body numb you mean can’t feel much and are starting to feel like you can’t move anything; then you are headed in the right direction. You just have to continue to be passive, not want it too much, and wait for HH and a dream scene to form.

You were very close here, sounds like you either got a little too alarmed or excited and woke yourself back up. Next time this happens, wait passively and patiently without reaching or striving and wait for HH to form, or for you to be completely unable to feel your body. At this point you can allow yourself to be passively drawn into the dream scene, or carefully get up out of your body. I usually find it easiest to go head first; but don’t strain or force it, doing so will wake up.
