Yes…we had a HUGE lack of cooperation. Not many people were showing up for anything. I think some people even left…lol. All in all, none of us were really ready to start what we were trying to start. Perhaps sometime later…

hey seandop cheer up!! we can still keep continuing the project,it will not be that “organized” this time but at least we can keep the hopes up. Look the bright side of this, this shows us that if we don’t work properly we aren’t getting anything so at least i want to help you to keep this project running even if is you and me only.
shame, I wanted to see how that project turned out. hey, I’d still do it with you guys, but I can’t LD anymore

As moogle says, the experiments can be continued in Beyond Dreaming.

Why can’t you LD anymore? If it is a dryspell…don’t think of it negatively. Think of it this way, it has been so long since your last LD (If thats the case), that your next one is very very close. 
Look at the up side. Perhaps now that it is in a more open topic you might get more people to participate.
You perhaps should create 4 topics:
[SDP] Together
[SDP] Announcements
etc.
and a master-topic “The Shared Dream Project” in which you explain the goals and give the links to the sub-topics.
At first sight, it seems than shared dreams are more common in ND’s than in LD’s. So I don’t think that having no LD’s is a problem. A first goal for your project could be trying to share ND’s before trying to share LD’s. This could give time to members to enhance their LD’ing abilities.
The SDP forum still exists, but it is invisible for human eyes. Only those with superpowers (that would be me 
) can still see it, and have the ability to move posts into the visible world. I think I moved all relevant ones already though.
I have informed Seandop in PM with the reasons, Moogle quoted a bit from that already.
You can still have meetings, and discuss SD, and keep your jounals in a topic like you did. As Basilus suggested, you could use one or 2 topics in Beyond Dreaming.
