i was trying to have an obe and i went into sp and i heard a person yell and then 3 gun shots and right after the last gun shot i felt like i fell from somewhere high.and my whole body vibrated then i felt like i was moving very fast. and when i tried to move my left hand, it felt like my hand was on my right side, but it wasnt. very weird feeling. and my heart was POUNDING. what happened and what should i have done from that point? could i wild from there?
That was sleep paralysis. It’s harmless and most of what you see and hear isn’t real.
Imagine yourself falling through your bed into the dream world. It should help you get from paralysis to a lucid dream.

Thats a good sign, especially, with the voices and everything, stay cool and relaxed and you should get there eventually, try focusing your attention on where you want to be or what you want to do
