Trung from what ppl say you got two sorts of spirit guides:
Dream guides from your subconsciousness…they can help you in your dream.
And guides from the afterlife…real spirit guides…that also can find you in your sleep or dreams.

also for a “real” spirit guide - if you are psychicly aware/spiritualist medium/clairvoyant/clairaudiant you maybe able to contact your spirit Guide while awake.

From what I understand, spirit guides are the beings or entities that exist to guide you and help you in your life. People might describe them as guardian angels, although I doubt they really protect you from physical harm. That’s still a personal perspective, though. There are many theories and possibilities, and it’s a subject that’s difficult to explain in one way or another. People have reported to be able to meet their spirit guide in lucid dreams or through a medium or extra-ordinary situation when awake. It’s very much possible that some spirit guides are only different sides of yourself you see in your dream… but it’s also possible that real spirit guides exist… there’s little that science can prove in this area. Of course, it doesn’t have to. Just pay attention to what you believe and don’t believe. ^^
From what reference?(if these people had one) i actually thought spirit guides were fake, or just are inner self talking to our self, nothing like a guardian angel or something. It sounds to kid friendly and not believable, but thats just me.

That some come from the subconsciousness level…dream guides aint so hard to c and for those who claim to have a spirit guide i cant check anymore then you can.we all life within our own boundaries
