What time for afternoon LDing

Hello all Dreamers
I was wondering what time would be best for afternoon LDing and what method would be best for initiating an afternoon LD

Afternoon naps are the best for some WILDing. I always come back from classes, have some quick random lunch, start feeling tired and take a quick one-hour nap.
It’s important that you are truly tired. Since I always wake up very early, I always feel the need of a quick nap. Don’t force yourself to sleep, remember that is never good for LDing. :wink:

You can also read something about LD before the nap! So your mind is set for dreaming.
