So lately I have this problem with losing lucidity if I turn my back to a person than my dream is focused on or some object that caught my attention… The scene in a dream was[I was already lucid] with me in a room and I asked a girl to come with me and she agreed and I turn my back on her normally to leave a room and in that moment I lost lucidity and a dream.
By Stephan Laberge theory when we turn our back on someone/something that disappears, or better too say the dream exist only there where we can see…
So I was wondering if someone had similar problem?! Maybe I have it because I already had this information that Stephan Laberge gave and maybe I expected unconsciously to not have a dream behind me or to lose it, so maybe that is why I lost it…
It’s possible that subconsciously you’re remembering what he said. There may be ways to fix this though. You have to keep in your mind whenever you turn that you are dreaming, perhaps you could even turn whenever you do an rc. XD If in doubt, you could always touch something or go completely naked to solidify your connection to the dream world
Thanks, that could help. Maybe I’m doing a mistake with not reminding myself that I’m dreaming. I usually do RC and then I say to myself ok this is a dream and from that point on I don’t question whether is a dream or not, I just know that it is, but reminding myself more frequently may bring more confidence and stability and maybe get rid of this stupid problem…
