Where are the LD's?

Heya guys.

I’ve kept a DJ on here for a couple years now, writing in it during periods of motivation. I believe I’ve got really good dream recall, even when I don’t write down my dreams I nearly always remember one or two from the previous night. Every morning for years now I try recall my dream mentally if not through writing, often successfully. I am very familiar with reality checks, and am starting to have a lucid mindset. I’ve attempted most, if not all well known techniques for lucidity, and yet, I simply do not have lucid dreams.

I’ve had no more than 8 lucid dreams in the 5 or so years that I’ve been focusing on my dreams, and although I’m not ready to give up, I just don’t know what to do?

What do you guys think?

Have you tried Lucid Living also known as All Day Awareness? dreamviews.org/f49/all-day-a … gyoshi-113 253/

I don’t think I’ve heard of anyone trying as much as you with so little success :meh: But don’t give up! You have come further than many people. Also make sure to enjoy non-lucid dreams

I’d recommend SAT - Sporadic Awareness Technique, which is similar to the above but less stressful (you don’t have to concentrate on everything all the time, you just need to be more Aware of your surroundings at selected times of the day /for example 5 times, but each time you have to be really mindful/ , and check if it is a dream)

I use this technique frequently and had several short LDs since I started practicing it (the numbers of my LDs under my avatar are the longer ones)… But don’t forget the basics: Good Dream Recall and Dream Diary (I made a separate book with removable pages just for NDs, LDs and dream techniques)!
