Yea, get the first one. It has everything you need. Yes I have read it and I own it. It is a must for any lucid dreamer.
Yes, get the first. After reading it, and practicing some of the techniques for a while, I was able to LD relatively regularly.
I’m in the middle of Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, it’s a damn good book so far. A lot of info I already knew but a lot I didn’t know. It’s definately great for beginners and it’s written by the guy who basically invented mild.
I keep EWLD by the bed always. But I haven’t read in it much lately. It’s possibly the best book on the subject. The concise guide is like a shorter version.
The one with the word psychic in the title I haven’t heard of before.
