Whoa, messed up sleep..

I was so tired yesterday so I went to bed early (10:00pmish) and I closed my eyes and I thought I only blinked but my room was lighter and I felt strange, so I looked at the clock and it was now 5:00amish and I was still the tired like when I went to bed.

Did I have a messed up dream? Did I even sleep?

Or is my alarm clock and the sun playing tricks on me?

It is possible that you had a false awakening, but more probbable that you woke up in a N-REM light stage sleep. Waking up from that feels you you haven’t been alseep.
