This is a really good site, but if you arent sure on anything just ask me, and i’ll help.
No infection0, there is no link to my dream diary because that doesnt exist 
I used my own method to increase lds all these years and thats the way of the far east, by seeing life itself as a very detailed dream.
So i practise that idea if i want more lds many times a day.
By looking around me and really enjoy how detailed this dream is and how real…and keep on saying “wow i dream!”
I do it when i shop or walk or sit behind my computer, often!
Then in a dream i copy this attitude to…just a little program lol in myself that keeps active also in a dream.
That strategy, zen meditation, really craving 4 a ld and reading about lucid dreaming, i find still the best way to have often lds.
Maybe i should have had one (dream diary) because then I had a dream diary thats 19 years long.
