wild entering a nightmare?

hello!

whan i was a little kid i frequently had this kind of experience:

i wet to sleep and wile laying on my side my ear was pressed to the pillow so i could hear my heart beat… so after some time of listening i started falling through some dark tunel filled with different stuff like squirrels and horns, chairs and stuff… (this was like 15 years ago so i dont remeber a lot of details…) so after a wile i ended in a room where my nightmare started to take place… the nightmare is really not important, some crazy caracters chasing me…bla…bla…

so i wonder was this maby a spontaneous wild and HI and that?? i wasnt lding, that is for sure…

i havent had my ld jet but looking foward to… still practising!

the sounds you heard were just natural sounds … so they weren’t HI related… but the tunnel sounds like your version of the HI we experience before falling asleep. So it would be just a normal entry into a dream in my opinion.

We do have an earliest dream you remember topic and also a nightmare diary in this forum :smile:
