[WILD] Eye position and HI ?

Hello everyone,
I have learned a lot in this forum but this is the first time I post.

I really like to learn WILD , I have read a lot and tried it but I can’t seem to get past HI.

I always try it at noon where if it doesn’t work I get really relaxed so it’s a win-win if I don’t get to Lucid Dream (like meditation).

What I usually do is I get in my back, focus on my breathing and pretty soon my body goes completely “numb” (that’s good because I don’t get to feel the heat of the summer). That phase I have mastered but it is really hard to fall asleep after that ,because when I try it at night it puts my body to sleep but I can’t put my mind to sleep , anyway that’s is a different topic…

Now the problem is after I start getting HI usually looks like a bird to me that opens and closes it’s arm or a circle that starts getting far away .
I get these for some time and than they disappear . It happens three times during 1 hour and than I decide to get up.
Last time it got pretty intense because the HI were bigger covering my whole vision like flames or smoke, but than again they disappeared.

From people who practice WILD (at noon /or not) ,do their HI ever disappear to you what do you do when they start appearing. Please try to be specific on the feeling and on the thought in your head during this.
Please, please ,please don’t tell me you have to relax because it much a broad word and I can’t get anything from that.

And also what is the eye position during HI are you allowed to move them?

Thank you very much!!!

I don’t really know about the HI, but I’ve read somewhere it’s better not to move your eyes until you fall asleep.
