Typically during naps I am able to use WILD. Periodically I wake up during these lucid dreams, however, and during the time between when I wake up and when I fall back asleep I have intense head pressure that isn’t painful it is just very real feeling. When I focus on this pressure I am able to fall immediately back into the lucid dream state. I continue this cycle of waking up and focusing on the head pressure to fall back asleep until I am unable for some reason to do it anymore. I was wondering if this is normal or if anyone is experiencing this. If so is there any way to have more control over this process and not allow the feeling to escape? Thanks.
