[WILD] How do i enter?

I was trying to have a LD last night (4th day of trying WILD)I lied there, tensed my muscles, relaxed, and after about an hour everything started going as planned. I kept my eyes open, and counted “1 im dreaming, 2 I’m dreaming, etc…”, whenever i lost count, i just started back at one.

After a while, my eyes got heavy, and as they slowly closed, and i fell into a sort of dream, trance, whatever you may call it, i’d slowly open my eyes and bring myself back to consciousness. Every minute or so I’d have a different dream, realize it, and pull myself back out by opening my eyes.

My heartbeat rate got much quicker, and I tried to slow it down by slowing my breathing. It worked, but kept going back up after a minute. Within 10 minutes of this, all of a sudden a huge calm came over my body, everything stiffened up, I couldn’t move, and hypnogogic images were starting to set in.

At this point i was still focusing on keeping my eyes open.

After an hour or two of this, I’d finally had enough. I was going back and forth in dreams and decided it wasnt going to happen tonight, I opened my eyes fully, and sat up.

What was I supposed to do to get IN the dream? Let my eyes close and fall into a dream, while realizing it?

That usually ends in me falling asleep, not recalling any of my dreams the next morning
I know it depends on the individual but I’m at sort of a stand-still, going back and forth between dreams and reality.

can’t comment too much but i am familiar with that state of oscillation and rarely do i succeede in leaving the body

read the part in reference to the chakras.

if you focus on the third eye intently, breathing into it, while falling asleep, it can help you stay awake and give you HI.

this is good for when you first start trancing out.

then after that when you really feel like you’re trancing deeply, you can try and move to the throat chakra with the very vivid and intense (but relaxed and sleepy and drowsy) intent to enter a real dream.

then from there enter the heart chakra because the deep sleep is far more rewarding than the dream state.

after the deep sleep state ends you will have the ability to go into lucid dreams later in the night.

i have not really personally been conscious in the deep sleep state as far as I know, but I have an idea of what it’s like, and I think it is very profound.

additionally when focusing on the heart you can visualize a glowing whtie A in the center of it, in order to bring you into illumination and being of the clear light that permeates all things.

Or you could do what I do to enter the dream in those situations, and just not fully realize that you’re dreaming. Just keep it in the background, almost as if you’re watching the dream, or roleplaying in a normal dream.

No offense meant to you, Holy, but i’m going to try Null’s method. I’m not much of a chakra or third-eye kinda guy, and its much simpler.
