Wild problem

I have this problem that when i start to go numb it just disappears. It only lasts for a few seconds and then i go back to normal and a couple of minutes later the same thing happens.iv’e had real SP without WBTB before but last few nights this happens. I havn’t been using WBTB because i fall asleep.Anyway,What am i doing wrong?

It just sounds like you are having trouble finding the right balance between keeping your mind awake, and letting your body go to sleep. If you can’t do WBTB, then you should probably try MILD insted of WILD, WILD is very hard when you first go to bed at night. When you first go to bed, your body needs some deep sleep. Dreams in deep sleep, when they happen, tend to be very vague and you forget them because later dreams push them out of your memory. :sad:
WILD can be done when you first go to bed, but it is very difficult, and you may be having LD’s and then forgeting them due to ND’s later in the night.

IT is very important to not have your mind TOO focused during WILD . I have had the same experiance like you and it was because my mind was simply too focused to experiance LD. I have found that it helps if you are tired before attemting WILD. Right now, i will be sleeping after almost 16 hours. I find this perfect for me to attempt a WILD.

My advice will be to relax and not to focus too much on anything. Also, altho WILD sounds the best way to achieve LD, its does not suite everyone. Have you tried other techniques? You may find them more comfortable than WILD :smile:[/color]
