wild problems or what?

Hello!

two nights ago i tried using vild and then noticed that i am starting to wild (i think so)… anyway, i heard a lot of funny stuff and voices and got a lot of ideas in my head, i couldnt feel if i am breathing or not but i remembered that it is ok so it didnt freak me out… so then i felt like i am upside down, didnt know if my eyes are opened or not, saw things flying around (but not vividly) and things like that, but all the time in a small part of my mind there was a n awearness and it ocupated me too much… thed suddenly i heard something loud on the street and it scared me so it mede my open my eyes… i thougt like all this lasted for 15 minutes but whan i looked at a watch i found out it lasted hour and a half…

so i would like someone to tell me what was going on, was it wilding, what should i have done next and thing like that, i didnt have my ld yet, only something simillar whan i was a kid…

thanks a lot everyone!!!

That sounds a lot like standard WILD symptoms.
If you were trying VILD after a WBTB. then it could have easily become a WILD. Even if you were doing it when you first went to bed, that could happen.
The loud noise in the street could also have been a WILD symptom. Auditory HH can be very real.
What to do, if you were doing it when you went to bed, that could be the reason that it took so long. WILD is much more difficult then. Then you should try it with WBTB or a nap.
If you did wake up during the night and did this, then you just need to keep at it, and learn the correct balance to keep your mind awake while your body falls asleep. Unfortunately that depends on you. I can tell you that I have to just ignore the HH and wait until I have a short blackout, then I am in a dream. Others can enter the HI that they see to get into a dream. Some people can just “leave their body” to enter a dream or an OOBE. If you are lucky, you could hit on the method that works for you on the first try. It could also take some time to try different methods for a week or so each until you find the one that works for you.
Good luck with your WILDing.
