to use the wild method do u have to go to sleep before you do it like do u have a nap in the arfternoon then try becoming lucid at night when you go to sleep. like would you nap at like 1:00pm - 3:00pm then go to sleep at 10:30 pm and use the wild tehcnique then?
well i’m not sure how napping in the day affects it, but i find the easiest time to wild is after having a good night sleep, so in early morning hours
I’m mostly successful at wild when i notice myself waking up from a dream, so when i wake up, i dont move at all, and a short while later i fall back into the dream, or leave my body

Its quite hard to have a WILD when you first go to sleep at night because you go into deep sleep very quickly. You’re more likely to be successful in having a WILD when you have your afternoon nap.
alright, so should i try to LD in an afternoon nap using WILD? When I get to sleep paralysis I don’t know how to get to a LD from their, like i imagine myself rolling out of bed but it never works… If i do roll out of bed tho and im standing on my bedroom floor and it’s night time - How do i change it to the day and go to the city or somewhere??
When you get to sleep paralysis, just hold on to consciousness till the dream starts. If it’s night time, leave your room and go somewhere were else where it’s a bit brighter. I have awakened in my dreams many times to a dark room. I just float out into my hallway and usually the bathroom light is on.
