[WILD] Stuck EVERYTIME on imageless story. only convos

I have a problem never addressed before which is getting stuck in half HI halve asleep. I observe the HI everytime I go to sleep so I can induce it well after the HI I enter an unconscious state while awake and hear conversations(I sometimes LOL because I know the HI voice is wrong about some things) suddenly I become aware and get Reset to a red lava lamp HI. I know im doing well but I feel there is ONE piece missing… visualization does not help and I get subconciously startled every time. Melatonin and 5 HTP are out of the equation because Though I have them I dont feel I need them. any opinions?

Im on an Xbox and Im too lazy to use proper punctuation. Leedle leedle leedle

Not sure if no one knows how to wild or people are outside having a life

Well I’m not exactly an expert on WILD but I could try to help I guess. The only advice I can think of though is to relax, let the hallucinations take over, and fall asleep. The piece you feel like you’re missing might simply be the part of WILD where you fall asleep.

Sorry if that doesn’t help you much.

Wake induced lucid dream doesnt include falling asleep but your help is very much appreciated also I tried an hour ago and I was focusing on my breathing and a dude appeared and a narrator woman said “thats right, try to feel each others heart” and I was like Dafuq. but I woke up cause my REMmuneration will be shorter at night if I took the nap.

Yes, it does. If you’re dreaming (not daydreaming, mind you), then you are asleep. Lucidis isn’t telling you to do the work and then stop to fall asleep, but rather that you’re so wrapped up in it that you’re not relaxing into sleep, thus you can’t dream.

Ohh yes I remember that on the WILD I did hours ago I found that I could keep my mind fully awake or sink it down to the level of my body… I never intended falling asleep but toying with the Wakeness of my mind almost got me to fall asleep. thanks I now have the last piece it is only a matter of days as to finding the balance.

The name of WILD can be misleading, but it is in fact necessary to sleep in order to dream. I believe the reason it is called “Wake Induced Lucid Dream” is because you’re awake one moment and then asleep and dreaming the next. There’s no lapse in consciousness. When you fall asleep normally (not performing a WILD) you wouldn’t be dreaming instantly after falling asleep, you would go unconscious for a little while first.
