What are some things I can do during WBTB that don’t involve actually leaving the bed and freezing solid?
If you keep a dream journal next to your bed, you can write in that if you remember any dreams.
If you have a laptop you can keep it by the bed and surf LD4all during WBTB. Also, you can spend time thinking about past dreams you’ve had or daydreaming to get yourself in the dreaming groove.
I find the Winter is much easier to do WBTB. I can curl up and fall asleep a lot faster for some reason. In the warmer seasons it takes forever to get back to sleep. Just try and bundle up so your really comfortable.
