The title says it all, I am currently working on a technique that should give at least one lucid dream per night.
Basically I know the exact time I dream. School has started Sept 8th for me and since then I have woken up at 6:00am in the middle of each dream, my alarm clock being the thing waking me up.I usually go to bed at 10:30-11pm
A few nights I have naturally awoken around 5:30 ( with no recall), fell asleep and then woke up at 6:00 in the middle of a dream, and when I wake up and looking back at my dreams they do seem possible of being roughly 30mins in “real time”. (I am used to time in dreams from past experience.) I also find it very easy to fall back asleep at 5:30 or 6:00( when I usually get up). So it should be easy getting into the dream
What I will do is since I know the time I dream ( from about 5:30,) I will set two alarms on my phone. If I set it to wake me up with vibrate at about 5:25-5:30 I will be tired and it’s right before my “dream” ( maybe REM) time, I just close my eyes and either say a mantra or try and keep conscienceness I will probably be a dream, ( this has happened to me before). If I can do that and keep conscienceness , in theory I should be able to lucid dream at least once every night. I set it again for 6:00 because that’s when I actually have to awake and go to school. Technically I can push it to later as long as I leave my house for 7:10…
A few months ago this happened 3 days in a row but I never new why. I now do realize what happened.
Has anyone had success with similar technique? Maybe someone is already using this.
I will post my results throughout the week and see what happens.
