Last night I went to bed at 11:00. I had awoken at 5:00 and wrote in my dream journal for a few minutes and had gone back to bed at about 5:05. Only problem was that I was awake until about 7 and by that time I had to get ready for school. This is sometimes very frustrating for me. So I was wondering, if I have trouble falling back to sleep even after only 5 minutes of wakefullness, would WILD be able to help me fall asleep quicker and increase my chances of having a lucid dream?
Lol wild will not help u falling a sleep faster…but yes it can help u reach a lucid dream!
