Wow. . .

Thank God, finally a little improvement. I’ve been trying for about a year and a half and have had only 2 LDs. But last night I just told myself before I went to sleep that tonight I was going to realize I was dreaming, and lo-and-behold there happened to be a digital clock in my dream. I was being driven around in my parent’s trailblazer and my mom was in the middle seat with me and my dad was driving us somehwhere and I looked at the clock and it looked like this: |28:57| it even had the dashes, how convenient, and I thought this is a dream this is a dream yay! I did it! My mom was trying to reassure me that it wasn’t but I knew it was so I tried to get out of that car but as soon as I took off flying upward I woke up. I don’t know, I don’t think it was just because of the clock that I realized I was dreaming because there’ve been many times when in dreams someone has asked me what time it was and I just smiled and told them it was 56:38 or something :content: … But anyway I’m hoping that I can become more familiar with my dreams and not rely on anything but my will, because that’s all that seems to work for me. Maybe I can just learn to tell that I’m in a dream because of the texture of the reality instead of doing reality checks, but then again I guess that would be a type of RC. . . But the point is, that I finally had some success after all this time, so I’m happy about that.

Cheers,

Yay!! Congratulations! Thats pretty common for me to realize I’m dreaming when I see some sort of clock. Once more, good job and may you have many more lucids!

Good fo you. I’m glad to see so many people progressing on this web site. May your future hold many clocks and weird stuff. But mostly in your dreams.
