WTF?!?! :( [WILD]

moved from lab, also added [WILD] to topic title

I tried WILD today and i could feel that vibration in my brain and everything was goin to fade. But i was to scared and woke up! I dont wanna be scared, i even tell my self that nothin will happen and its a good thing
Help please

Huse

Just let yourself go with it. You’ll end up in a LD. Man I envy you that you manage to get that far. WILD doesn’t work for me anymore…(

And if you are afraid, then stop doing WILD. I’m telling you, I was afraid too at first. But it worked. Now that I’m not afraid of it and I WANT it to work it won’t work. I’m telling you - use your opportunity as a beginner in WILD !!

I wish you luck…

And perhaps you should also have chosen another title for your thread, huh ?

I almost did (WILD) once but for some reason overwhelming fear took over, and my heart started beatin like crazy then i lost it. Not too sure how to overcome this so i can’t really help

Edit: After re-reading your post i realized that what
happend to you was the same thing that happend to me.

Ya my heart also started to beat as hell. Gotta overcome the fear. Maybe next time im lucid dreamin i may ask how.

This! Whenever I try WILD exactly that happens. I simply can’t stop my heart to go like crazy. The next big problem is saliva that I constatly have to swallow so the best I can do is make my body go into the sleeping “blocked state”. I just can’t make it fall asleep.

I had an experience the other night which sounds almost exactly like you’re describing. I wasn’t trying to do the WILD technique but I think I might have accidentally started to. When I started to feel my body relaxing and my mind staying alert my heart started beating so fast and I got pretty freaked. I tried to go with the flow but I ended up snapping myself out of it.

I feel that I should add I’m super new at all of this. I have almost no experience whatsoever. Ah well, keep on experimenting right?

From what I’ve read about the extreme heart beating; your heart is actually beating normal, but it just feels like it’s about to bounce out of your chest.
