Yanking feeling.

Often when I’m trying to WILD or am just laying down daydreaming, I feel like I’m being suddenly yanked by my leg and it startles me and wakes me fully up. What is this and is there anything I can do to stop it or not get startled by it? Thanks in advance.

This is probly just HH. That means that you are getting closer. :smile: You just need to try not to let it wake you back up. It is normal, and if you can ignore it and keep going, you might make it to a dream. :grin:
That is one of the reasons that WILD is so hard. You have to be able to feel that type of thing, or hear loud sounds or see strange things and just stay calm, and keep on falling asleep.
