okay, when we are born we are given names by our parents etc. What about our spirit/soul? Would it not be logical to assume this too has a name?
Would be interesting to find out if it does and whether or not we can learn this name Via LD - maybe by meeting our spirit guide?

That’s a neat idea. Kind of like how dæmons in His Dark Materials have names (they’re kind of the human soul in a physical, animal shape in case you haven’t read the trilogy).
I kind of see spirit guides as part of your soul… I’m not sure if what I see them as would exactly be called a spirit guide. So I could just ask my spirit guide what their name was… if I ever manage to meet him/her!

I’ve thought about asking a spirit guide to help me find a new name, one that I could go by IRL even, cause I dont want to be known by a product of the society that I am ashamed of.
