A little question about Dream Recall

I haven’t been writing down any of my dreams for the past weeks, maybe a even a month or two… maybe even longer… but the thing is… my recall is better then ever!. I think it’s because I think a lot about the dreams I’ve had, can this be the reason why my recall is great, even though I don’t write them down?

That seems probable.

We advice people to write dreams down every morning so that they are forced to pay attention to their dreams. It’s paying attention to dream which makes us recall them, not necessarily writing a DJ.

There’s a way of paying attention to your dream besides writing them down. I rehearse mine into Long Term Memory by telling the dream like a story outloud. I only write down the most pointless dreams and put a few of those in my dream diary here (only because I don’t want people stealing my dreams). I keep my meaningful, cool, wierd, mysterious dreams locked up in a sacred place. My mind.

Some people paint or draw to remember their dreams. Most people write them down. Some people record with a tape player. I do mine through mental and speaking rehearsal. But… I advise most people to write them down anyways.

Some people don’t need to write down there dreams. They can recall them pretty much anytime.

Ok then, thanks for the info.
