Advice?

My friend first introduced me to this LDing thing awhile back but I was never really that interested in it until I had my first LD tuesday morning, came unexpectedly. IMO, I have a good dream recall, i remember things that I have asked myself throughout the dream but I can never get myself to ask if I’m dreaming :meh:, even when I experience really weird happenings. I’ve been trying the MILD method but unsure if there could be a better one that I could be doing? or anything at all.

I have started a DJ and have around 15 so far. And i do RC’s throughout the day. Feel free to IM me on AIM .(shotbirdsfalling)

Hello, effortless. Welcome to LD4all!

MILD is a good method for beginners. Doing RCs will help, too. Keep an eye out for any common themes in your dreams (dream signs). Doing an RC when you see a DS is likely to be more effective than doing them randomly.

It’s normal to be unphased by wierd happenings in dreams. While you’re asleep, you don’t think logically like you do when you’re awake. After practicing LD for a while, I started noticing oddities in my dreams, but I always forget to do an RC. :bored: With practice, perhaps you’ll start noticing oddities, too, and maybe you’ll remember that you could be dreaming, unlike me.

:content: Hello!
Quite normal, I’ve a great recall too and forgetting about dreams while dreaming happens too often.

You can think just as that:
While normal dreaming, You aren’t using your conscious mind. If you want to take something to a dream (like remembering to RC) you must get it as an habit in real life, so you will be able to do it subconsciously.

mmm, thank you. I just got up from a nap and missed an obvious RC. I was handed a piece of paper but i never looked at it a second time :meh:.

Two pieces of Advice:

1)Never give up

2)WBTB makes good things happen.
