hi, I did a post a couple day before to knew if it was really important the journal for my dream. Since I Made my mind it was important, i was able to remember a dream everyday! And another advantage is thatbefore, I had to sleep until 8:30 to have a dream memory, but now, I had 1 1 hour and a half before, so at 7 o clock, what is better for my job. ^^ My questoin is: what is the next step to the LD? I’m trying to understand it, but I find it hard. I can’t simply tell me “hey! I will do it this night and it will work”. If u give me technicals,(wild LL etc) can u explain it a bit in ur answer plz thanks alot for all of you that help me get to my goal!!!
Hello, the advice I would give you is the same I am doing at the moment because I am fairly new to LD and I have had a total of 4 LD.
I would carry on with the DJ for until you have done it for at least 3 months and have at least 40 dreams logged into your DJ then read over them and check for your DS and stuff like that, there are topics on here that are designed to help you find your DS and tell you how to.
Then whilst you are doing your DJ just use a MILD technique by saying something like ‘I am going to be aware that I am dreaming thus becoming Lucid’ things like that will really help just before you go to bed. Also the more you read and learn about lucid dreaming by going on the forum more and going on youtube, stuff like that will fill your brain with information about LD and eventually it will be the only thing you can think about and that is one of the ways I have had a LD without much effort.
The other way I would suggest is WBTB method you should search about that some more because most people say that is the most effective method and I have to agree with them. When you think you are more of a pro and can do the more challenging things why not try WILD or DEILD (sorta like WBTB).
