autozen - bwgen for linux

Hi
I just found a bwgen - like programme that works for linux
If anyone is interested:
linuxlabs.com/autozen.html

For WILD I plan a sequenze like this:

Start at 30hz (beta)
slide down very fast to 20hz
slide down a bit slower to 10hz
slowly slide down to 5hz
stay here (theta waves)

Good idea?
How much time would you plan for the changes?

tapir

Linux! Is the program freeware for linux?

Yes, it´s freeware
Btw, I wrote my first sequenze:

VOLUME 0
BASE 150.0
SET 30.0
FADE 30.0 5
SLIDE 20.0 20
HOLD 5
SLIDE 12.0 40
HOLD 5
SLIDE 7.0 60
HOLD 3600
SLIDE 0.5 180
HOLD 300
FADE 0.0 5
EXIT

It brings you from 30hz (beta: wakefullness) to 7hz (which should be the stage where HI occures), stays there for one hour, then brings you to deep sleep and ends itself.
