I didn’t say they make you “lucid dream” but that they make the dreams more intense and feel more real. When I took the aforementioned supplement it was to aid in bodybuilding, muscle recovery. Dreaming was a side affect, and I had no intentions of taking in to help my dreams. So the fact is it worked in terms of intensifying and making my dreams more enjoyable and memorable .
oh ok.
well the ones that do… ARE RUBBISH AND BAD PEOPLE!!!
I have had no success with this product. I think it only provides lucid dreaming when you already have good dream recall. ZMA will then possibly stimulate a lucid dream. My problem is I have fragmented dream recall let alone a lucid dream.
Hey guys i was wondering if the lucid dreaming pill really works. I was looking on the internet and its called brilliant dreams. Its a pill that gurantees to give you very vivid lucid dreams. Check it out. I want to know if it really works. Its 40 dollars for a 2 month supply. Please check it out because i want to know if it really works. Once again its called brilliant dreams.
im only 13 do u think i can take this pill?? does age matter?
ask here..
a lot of people experimenting with diffrent combinations.
in that post you can find info about book where brain chemistry for lucid dreaming is described.
good luck.
if you ask me, there shouldnt be a problem taking the pill.
ok thanks alot i might order this tommorrow
very important is taking pill after 4-5 h of sleep. if you take it at bedtime not only you will not optimise the effect, your deep sleep will be disrupted. you need to sleep deep first, so deep that the REM is suppressed. that will result in more REM in late hours of sleep. combined with pill … you chances are much better.
oo thanks for the advice…
navigatorofinfinity do u take this pill?? Because you seem to know so much about it lol
And just to be sure, you are positive that it is safe for me to take the pill because im 13 years old.
i don’t know the exact content of this pill but:
It isn’t recommended for people who haven’t reached full maturity to take unnecessary food supplements. It is better to be completely safe. This is to prevent substances from interfering with development.
Also, there is a legal issue. Is an underage person allowed to buy food supplements online? I think that has an 18 years age limit here, not sure about other countries. It is also illegal to let someone under the age of 18 have any kind of credit.
np.
i have tested a lot of different pills that promote lucid dreaming. also few bottles of brilliant dreams. most of them were used wrong, taking pill at bedtime.
at the moment i don’t have time, probably next month i will continue experimenting. i can definitively confirm positive effect when used properly.
i cannot confirm that pill is safe for you. best way is to ask your doctor. or ask brilliant dreams what they think.
ingredients:
legal issues when buying could be a problem. i guess you will need someone’s credit card.
i will my dad said that i can use his credit card but only if this pill is safe for a 13 year old kid lol…theres not going to be any harm to my health if i take this pill right? Sorry for the same question i just want to make sure that its safe for a kid to take this pill(because im 13) lol
actually they have few lines about it:
For adults only. Not for use by children or pregnant or lactating women. Not for use by anyone sensitive to any of the ingredients or those with an autoimmune disease, depressive disorder, epilepsy or leukemia. If sensitivity occurs, reduce the amount taken or stop using this supplement.
i would ask doctor to be sure.
my personal opinion is that it is safe for your age to, taken 1 pill 1-2 times per week.
ok i really thank you for answering all my questions lol …but im only gonna take the pills on the weekends because i dont get enough sleep on the weekdays(school ) lol only 1 pill friday night and only 1 pill saturday night.
hello everyone, this is stoppable408. i was searching the internet late last night and i came across a pill that claims that the user will have lucid dreams. has anyoneever seen or heard of this? link to seller removed, please read guidelines
Edited for my stupidity
Well, originally I said Scam, but Im sure its actually a B6 and Sleeping pill.
I have personally used Brilliant Dreams once with an open mind neither overly optimistic nor all together skeptical. I found I had extremely vivid dreams. I have used Lucid Dreamer four times having very vivid and memorable dreams three of those cases.
I feel that these products could be very useful to those learning to remember and recognize the dream state for what it is. My only caution would be that one make it a learning tool rather then a crutch.
I find it a bit expensive and will be growing my own Spider Lilies and doing my own blends and extractions. I have training as a nutritionist and herbalist and think I can make a better product for personal use. I feel it is usually better for the imbiber to have contact with the plant material rather then just popping a pill.
As far as the effectiveness of Brilliant Dreams I would say it is effective at increasing vividness, recall as well as REM periods. Lucidity is solely up to you and your practices.
Good luck and Practice.
I got a bottle of the lucid dreamer pill from dreamamins and the first night i tried it I had 2 pills along with 6mg melatonin, 2 vitamin b6 pills and 2 valerian pills and my dreams were pretty much the same. I was like WTF? I was expecting to have a crazy night of dreaming but nope. 4 days later I tried just having 2 of the lucid dreamer pills by themselves and i had some absolutely crazy lucid dreams! About 4 or 5 lucid dreams all extremely vivid and intense, I was able to re-enter my lucid dreams with great ease and perfect clarity. After the 4 or 5 lucid dreams I woke up and couldn’t get back to sleep, but when I did get back to sleep I had a very lengthy normal dream.
