I know everybody recommends being able to recall 1 dream/night
i have been keeping up with that…
but for the beginners that don’t eg. me when i first started
does it really matter that we have to recall one dream/night
Cause i didn’t the first night…
a regular non-dreamer,
i just applied mild, slept, became lucid and remembered just like that…
Are we able to practice the techniques even though we may not remember all our dreams just yet?
sure… but that’s like learning to play a sport without hardly ever going to practice and only showing up for the games… the one who goes to practice AND the games is going to be much more skilled
if you really like what you’re doing… why wouldn’t you devote some time and effort to perfecting it ???
that being said, i have had plenty of LDs where i woke up on the morning and all i could remember is “i think i had an LD, i don’t remember it, but i remember realizing i was dreaming” and that is really annoying i wonder how many LDs i’ve had where i completely forgot them in the morning… that’s why having good dream recall is beneficial
Awesome!
Thanx everyone!
i am applying what sureal recommended…
seems to be wokring!!
i remember 3 dreams last night instead of the normal 1 every 2 days!!!
It tends to be easier if you recall your dreams because then you tend to have an idea of what they’re like and they become easy to realize that your dreaming
When you don’t recall anything, it’s hard to tell if you were close when trying MILD.
You can have problems with remembering details of long LD’s and low-LD’s.
And it’s always good when you’re familiar with your dreams.
