Because this is really the only time i can do it, besides on weekends… and i want to try and practise even threw the week.
So, is it even POSSIBLE to do wild when your going to bed

I have no idea but ive head that its not as succesful if u do it before bed. u have better chances if u do WBTB then WILD
YES IT IS POSSIBLE. You dont have to do WBTB.
relly? thnx! but how…just normally?
You could do it first thing you get to bed, BUT it will take you a while because you have to get into REM sleep in order to have a dream.
do you know how long approximately?
Actually it’s not really possible to do a proper WILD when first going to bed.
The thing is that we have 90 minutes of Deep Sleep before entering our first REM- And as far as I know, being aware while in deep sleep is pretty much impossible (I said PRETTY MUCH). So, successfully doing WILD when first going to bed would probably be called a DILD or a form of MILD.
WILD- Wake Induced Lucid Dream
To go directly from the waken state into a dream state requires that you have a REM Sleep available- But as said, it is possible (barely though) to go through the deep sleep and then regain conciousness when entering the REM Sleep.
I have used AS to wake up each night around 2-4 AM, you try it as well
AS will not work for those who doubt it- But trust me when I say that if you truly want it to work, it will work.
(When waking up in the middle of the night from AS, do not try to WILD- Doing autosuggestion to wake up will often make you wake up at the end of your first or second REM Sleep, FILD (HILD) is great for these moments)
