Week Three, Day Three of ‘WBTB+Intent+Trance’:

Nice leap in my routine. I was much more focused going to bed and so remembered four dreams (lost a couple of others unfortunately) with a fair amount of detail but didn’t get lucid. I DID wake up with my alarm though.

Week Three, Day Four of ‘WBTB+Intent+Trance’:

Not as neat as the night before. I don’t recall waking up with my alarm. However some desperate concentration did yield four NDs and one LD that morning. I’ll be posting the LD when I get it typed.

Week Three, Day Five of ‘WBTB+Intent+Trance’:

Alright recall was virtually nill. I staid in bed and managed to have an Orange LD.

For future reference here is a dream (mainly LD) chart I made for myself:

Green: Ultimate lucidity. What you want to do happens. Great detail. This can come in three degrees.

Yellow: Fairly good lucidity, but some of what you want to do doesn’t work. Can be fairly clear at times. Also comes in three degrees.

Orange: You are lucid but can’t seem to do much of anything but follow along with the dream. Occasionally you will do something; it may work or it may not. There are three degrees to this stage as well.

Red: You are NOT lucid but in a normal dream. Three degrees come with this the lowest being very sketchy and vague and indicating you are near waking.

Black: Only one degree to this. When you’re awake you’re awake.

I would say that this night’s orange was either a two or a three (three being closer to red). At least I have something to show for last night.

Week Three, Day Six of ‘WBTB+Intent+Trance’:

Similar to last night only I had three sketchy NDs from the morning. I need to adjust focus a bit. If I focus carefully on just remembering during the first half of the night and then switch my focus to LDing AFTER I WBTB I should get better results. Boy, this is going to be hard!

Week Three, Day Seven of ‘WBTB+Intent+Trance’:

This night has been the best thus far. Not necessarily in the way of lucidity. I did get a LD but it was so close to Red that it might as well have been. I classified it as an Orange3… blinking. That means that it was on its way to turn into a Red1 from the start. I did WBTB though and recalled two dreams from that part of my sleep cycle. In total I recalled six dreams this night. The only thing I did differently was make sure I knew that for this section I was only going to remember dreams. I also talked with God and let my mind wander where it wanted (occasionally reminding it that I needed to remember dreams before letting it go again). This seems to work… at least for this part of the night.

Week Four, Day One of ‘WBTB+Intent+Trance’:

No lucids tonight but I did recall four lengthy dreams with a bit better detail. At least one came from the WBTB.

Week Four, Day Two of ‘WBTB+Intent+Trance’:

Again no lucids. Two dreams recalled. Parents were fighting rather loudly about change so focus was a little off.

Week Four, Day Three of ‘WBTB+Intent+Trance’:

Was exhausted from events of the day so concentrating on anything was difficult. Only recalled two dreams for sure.

Week Four, Day Four of ‘WBTB+Itent+Trance’:

Had a number of small patchy dreams but it was considerably better than the last two nights.

This combination will most likely last for one week more before I try out Paradisio. I WOULD try it out at the beginning of what would be week five but I move in the middle of that week and I’d rather be stable when starting it.

Week Four, Day Five of ‘WBTB+Intent+Trance’:

I had taken a B6 to see if it would affect my dreams at all. Not sure. It might have. I won’t be taking it constantly. I’ll probably take it once a week. At any rate I managed to have two LDs this morning. The second started out as a day dream and became an LD as soon as I fell asleep.

If you don’t like the idea of taking b6 pills too much, then have some bananas, they contain a fair bit of it.

I did there for awhile. Right now we don’t have any and my schedule has been crazy so I’m waiting until after I move to add anything perishable into my sleep schedule.

Week Four, Day Six of ‘WBTB+Intent+Trance’:

Big slump. Only two dreams recalled and no lucids.

Week Four, Day Seven of ‘WBTB+Intent+Trance’:

At least four dreams recalled. The first was rather long and came from the first cycle (before WBTB). It could have been several dreams if I hadn’t recalled the connecting scenes. I don’t think I’ve gotten ahold of the intent thing yet. I believe I keep slipping into the slump of repeating my intent to dream rather than actually practising it.

Week Five, Day One of ‘WBTB+Intent+Trance’:

Three long involved dreams. Not interesting enough for my journal though. There was no WBTB for some reason. I checked and my alarm was most definitely on.

Week Five, Day Two of ‘WBTB+Intent+Trance’:

Got to bed a bit later. Recalled two dreams. One had snippets of Orange2 lucidity in it. Tomorrow may be worse because I’m getting down to the wire on moving… tomorrow is the date! For the next several days I will be driving all day long. Wonder how that will effect my dreams. =0)

NOTE:

I was completely exhausted on the trip to my new home. Recall was VERY poor. I will be re-establishing normalcy for a week now while I get used to a new sleeping routine and atmosphere.

YAY!!! I’m alive and in my new home with my cats! (Popcorn is still hiding under the bed) On the up side I got a LD the first night here. =0)

Week One, Day One of ‘Re-Establishing Normalcy’

Alright… I admit it… I slipped in a little bit of intent here. I did have a LD. Started out rather Yellow 2 and ended more along the Orange 1 area. There were a few other dreams recalled as well.

Week One, Day Two of ‘Re-Establishing Normalcy’

Clearly I’m not as committed to staying true to only remembering as I was… not when I have bananas sitting around waiting to be eaten. Two dreams… one was at least partially lucid.

Around four dreams recalled with no LD.
