I need help I have no control in my lucid dreams. I know i’m dreaming but it takes every ounce of my strength to stay in the dream and I can’t control it really at all. Everytime I try to fly I don’t get very high and it strains my imagination to do it, and I have a great imagination. i don’t know what to to about it. sometimes it seems like i have more control when I don’t know I’m dreaming. Also I can’t summon people everytime I call out his name and think of him and want him thier he doesn’t come. Please help me. thank you.
People lose control of the dream when they are not sure whether they can control something or not.
You must be confident.Everyone can have control.I hear people have problems with flying, but I never had them.I never wondered if I can fly, I knew I could.
It is your dream, you CAN have control of it.

Hope that helps. Also, just as it was mentioned, in order to do something in a lucid dream, you have to really feel that you can do it. Like flying, (again, already mentioned), it takes a while to get used to but if you are really confident it will happen with no problem. My SC/DG said once in a flying dream, “Don’t lose your focus, or else you will fall.”
Thank you for helping me. I believe this really can help and next time I’m lucid I will have confidence…hopefully. I’ve always wanted to fly and I realized that most my dreams are passive and I have little or no control in forced.
