Does anyone have some tips for things you can do while awake to help with lucid dreaming? I know about things like RC’s and I know a little about lucid living, but does anyone have a specific guide that you like or a certain technique you’ve found very effective? Thanks.
Observing the environment and reality checks are the only practices I used consistently. I guess they’ve worked. Meditating may be another I’ll pick up on that one and see how it works.
