Did I just WILD?

K so what happened was… this morning I woke up and was set to do MILD but then I was “I can’t be stuffed doing this bla bla bla” so I just tried to get to sleep.

For some reason I ended up in a really “blurry, unstable, fuzzy dream” but I never felt like I lost consciousness at all. I knew I was conscious all the while. I wasn’t sure if this was really a dream or I was just visualising all this since it was so fuzzy and I could hardly see… x( But I recall seeing people playing soccer in a school gymnasium… I dunno and then the scene got so blurry so I imagined myself flying from the sky straight back down to the school and it worked- I actually flew from the clouds straight down… but all this time it was blurry and very unstable and I could still “feel” my body IRL. So once I am at school in the “dream” I take out a nintendo DS and start playing pokemon??? (I haven’t played pokemon in years-lol too old for that) But anyways I was playing the game and all the pokemon images were screwed up (I basically saw a lobster in one of the pokemon battle sequences if you know what I’m talking about but probably don’t lol- and thought hey that can’t be a pokemon :eh: )
Then the dream got really unstable again and I just got sick of everything and got up in bed IRL.

I have a question- Did I actually WILD or was I just going crazy (hallucinating)? And why did I feel my whole body the whole time if it really was a dream? And if I was then why was my dream blurry the whole time? Or is this “normal” for beginner WILDers?

P.S. Wow didn’t realise I blabbered on for so long… sorry  And sorry about the confusing sentences- I was in a rush to get this down lol

I have tried to WILD a few times (haven’t succeeded) and sometimes i would catch myself in a “dreamscape” and then i would snap out of it. I realize though that my whole mind was focused on it and I actually felt like I was there. But hopefully someone can help you with the true answer.

P.S. Your never too old for anything, ha. And what about the pokemon Crawdaunt? I believe that is a lobster. Lol, actually when you said lobster I was thinking of the more classic pokemon which was actually a crab (forget name) and then I just typed in lobster pokemon on google because I figured there had to be a lobster pokemon. Wow, that was random.

Ive been trying to WILD the last few days, and this is similar to what I have been experiencing, but not excactly the same. I think beginners with WILD have a hard time keeping their mind clear and focused on their intentions. The experience is so new and overwhelming that our mind often gets sidetracked, beginning to question whats happening be it HI, or body sensations etc.

If you do remain totally concious during the entire transition into your dream, thus successfully doing a WILD, then the second you are in dream you should realise it and become lucid. If this sounds like what you experienced then congratulations you did WILD.

WILD so this is what it feels like to not even try and actually succeed

Thanks for the clarification and encouragement guys
